In the 2-week period, the nose continues to develop and thin. The second week is a period of rapid progression in the reduction of swelling. Even if there is some bruising, it is momentary; it usually goes away immediately and the new shape of the nose becomes more prominent and distinguishable as the swelling decreases. Therefore, at the end of the second week, you will look very good.

You don’t need much clinical treatment at this stage. Typically, you won’t need to see a doctor for a few more weeks just for a routine checkup, unless it’s an accident or major reconstruction from previous surgery or respiratory surgeries.

The period when patients usually return to their activities is the 2nd week. However, we still think that it is necessary to rest for 1 more week for exercises.

While rhinoplasty is considered complete between 3-6 months, there is naturally more maturation at the end of the 1-year period. The healing process has been completed.
